Aegyptosaurus, Bahariasaurus, Carcharodontosaurus, Dicraeosaurus, Erectopus, Majungasaurus, Paralititan, and Spinosaurus were found in Europe. For other African dinosaur finds, click here.
A: That's hard to do, because most of the fossils are incomplete and for most, only one fossil has been found, making any sweeping generalizations about size seem silly (you don't know if that particular dinosaur was big, average, or small). The biggest theropods include T. rex, Spinosaurus, Carcharodontosaurus, Bahariasaurus, Giganotosaurus, Acrocanthosaurus, Epanterias, Allosaurus, Torvosaurus, etc.

Spinosaurus had long, sharp teeth, powerful jaws, and clawed limbs.

There were many dinoasaurs that may have had a "sail" on their back, including Spinosaurus, Ouranosaurus, Acrocanthosaurus, and others. Dimetrodon was a sail-backed pelycosaur (not a dinosaur) that lived before the dinosaurs evolved.

It probably ate where it found and killed its prey. No one knows anything about its sleeping habits. Spinosaurus lived in what is now northern Africa. For where it lived, click here.
A: For most dinosaurs, including Spinosaurus, that information is not known. Only a few, incomplete Spinosaurus fossils have been found, and that tells you nothing about how (or if) they cared for their young. As to how they fought and caught their food, it's a matter of conjecture. They probably used their sharp teeth and clawed arms (and/or legs).
